This was an older deck that wasn’t stained for over a decade. I had to take special care to wash the deck in a way that didn’t damage any of the wood. The following day after an appropriate drying period, I applied a super deck solid by Sherwin Williams over the entire surface and skirting of the deck. Had to pass over many sections multiple times due to how dried up the surface was.
